Returns & Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) In accordance with EU consumer law, customers within the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receiving the order.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Orders Outside the EU All sales delivered outside the EU are final and not eligible for standard returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help.

Damaged Items & Replacements (Worldwide) If your poster arrives damaged or has a printing defect, please email us immediately at claralovisathelin@gmail.com with photos of the issue and your order number.
